Use Bardog responsibly, and keep the community useful.

By accessing or using Bardog, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bardog, and if the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that higher age.

• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• You may not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, or misuse community features.

Bardog lets you submit reviews, photos, venue suggestions, dog profiles, bios, and other content. You keep ownership of the content you submit.

By posting content to Bardog, you grant Bardog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content solely as needed to operate, improve, promote, and secure the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your content is truthful and not misleading.
• You have the rights needed to upload photos and other material.
• Your content does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or stalk other people.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.
• Spam the service, manipulate reviews, or create fake engagement.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
• Upload malware, malicious code, or content that could harm users or Bardog.

We may investigate violations and remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect users, venue partners, or Bardog.

Bardog may display venue information from community submissions and third-party providers, including Google Places. Venue names, hours, pet policies, phone numbers, websites, and other details can change without notice and may not always be complete or accurate.

Bardog may also link out to third-party services such as map providers, venue websites, or phone dialers. Bardog is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

The Bardog service, software, branding, design, text, graphics, and other non-user content are owned by Bardog or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Bardog's materials.

You may stop using Bardog at any time and may delete your account in the app. Bardog may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict features if we believe someone has violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed the service to legal or security issues.

Bardog is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bardog and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and update the last-updated date above. Your continued use of Bardog after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If Bardog later adds subscriptions, analytics, or other website-specific flows, these terms should be expanded before those features go live.
